I put the web addy to this site in my sig over at the diesel stop hoping to get some people over here, but doesn't look like anyone is coming over yet. This whole starting a new website thing is a catch 22 isn't it? Gotta have people to get traffic and gotta have traffic to get people...

Beats driving a Gay Man's Cadillac (GMC) although some say that Ford at least circled the problem with the blue oval.;)

I was thinking the same thing about the lack of ford guys, but you know what they say, statistically 90% of all fords are still on the road today. It's just the other 10% that made it home.

To each his own and I own a Dodge and Chevy and work on Fords at work all day since that is what the ranch runs so I am somewhat one sided.

I just got a new one. I started at the dieselstop. My brother has a D-max, been in the shop numerous times. I would never own another dismantle or distruct in the garage everyday. My 7.5L gasser has been awesome (no DUDGE or Cheby could have compared), I just hope this fine 6.0L holds up as well.
Not really brand loyal, I test drove everything, The Ford was the only choice!

MNorby, come down to GA in Jul when I get back to the states, and we'll see who's left on the road. The new truck sales are more or less an indication of the modern "Darwin theory". I've owned Dudges before, and the rest of the truck ( other than the engine)is why I don't have one now. Either one of my Fords or my Chevy will out pull your Dudge, if they don't, I'll post it on this site!

Umm....actually....the only thing you list you have that would stand a chance would be the brand new 2005 Super Duty. And that depends on how far his 12v is turned up. Don't be a dummy.

I see you are a new member. First, welcome. Second, I hope you haven't joined with plans of bashing other brands because you don't like them. The diesel stop or diesel place is a good site for that. waytogo TRC is mainly above most of that brand bashing trash and sticks to the important stuff like properly equipping and operating a vehicle for towing. There is also a bit of performance talk here too. ;)

If you suddenly HAVE to have a fix of bashing on a Dodge or GM because it's not what you like....then please keep it in the "brand wars" forum. Thanks. :)

Just found out about this site. I usually log onto FTE or F150 online. My brother who has a Nissian Titan, sent me this link. Great site so far, the other sites don't cover towing very well to say the least.

That was the only nasty and ficticous post I read! :D You don't have to attempt to bash other diesels to make yourself feel better about owning a 6.0!! You are not familiar at all with MNorby's truck.......it is very strong....most 6.0's would have a very tough time trying to match the torque level of a 12v like his. Good luck! Might be time to move this thread up to the brand wars forum so that we can take this debate to the next level! :stir:

Ever notice that the Dodge guys always say I have a "Cummins" instead of a Dodge. :stir:

I earn a living off of Fords so I guess I am a Ford Guy. :D
