Your brake mileage outof your HO 6 spd with an exhaust brake?

    How long have your pads lasted with your 6 spd HO? Does the exhaust brake make a big difference if you use it a lot other than coming off long grades? What kind of mileage could someone roughly expect from a set of brakes with an exhaust brake with a good driver and moderate, occasional towing?
