yeah its $2.99/gal here and $3.15/gal in chatsworth.

rotfl I was out of fuel in my truck and was dreading filling it up b/c of the prices. Then my g/fs dad called and asked to borrow the truck to move some furniture. :doah: I said sure but Its on empty. He said no prob. He had it for two days, put 250miles on it, and brought it back washed w/a full tank of diesel! I told him that he was welcome to use it anytime!! waytogo rotfl

I found that one of the local Boyetts still had fuel for $2.99, had to stop since my closest Boyett ( my main station) hit $3.09 and there is no word on it falling.

I heard that it is because a refinery had a problem. I'm hoping I'll last long enough on my full tank to see cheaper fuel, if in fact it's a refinery and is being fixed.

Got to use a commercial pump for the first time in my pickup today. No sooner did I get the nozel positioned and running wide open and the counter was already at $50 when I turned around. :doah: Sure was cool though, I can get a tank of fuel in about one minute. :)

Paid 2.24 last night. That is 10 cents less the Regular. First time it has been less than regular in about 10 months. Went ahead and filled up cause have a feeling it is getting ready to jump up like gas did. These high gas prices sure makes my motorcycle look better every day. I can make the payment and the insurance just on the gas it saves. :)

Ya there is a Boyett in Salida that has the super fast fill hose/pump. With mine I have to listen for the sound of being full and kick down the speed otherwise it spits diesel at me and drips all over the paint :doah:

Yep, Salida. I figured you'd catch that because it's the only one that I have seen in our area.

I had trouble with fuel splashing on the nozzle and kicking the handle. But I got it to work fine.

Since I always fuel up at truck stops I always use the big nozzels. It drops right in and shuts off with no problems, never had fuel come out...

Seams with my filler neck the high speed fillers don't run well if I stuff the whole thing in..I gotta kinda leave it 1/2 way for the flow to continue running. This I think is the main reason I get the splash out Fn mess
Oh and I just paid 2.99 again...I hope it goes down soon
