Due to the current economy I am forced to sell my project. I have a 2003 Ford F-250 Crew Cab 4x2 that I was having a Cummins 5.9Commonrail conversion being installed. The engine is a 5.9 Commonrail out of a 2004 Dodge with 49000 miles. The conversion parts were bought from FORDCUMMINS.COM. The 5.9 is installed in the truck and mated to the Ford 5R110 transmission ( that is a fresh rebuilt by Coleman Taylor less than 2K miles on it). The shop that was doing all the work is going out of business so they will not finish the job and I have invested too much time and money so I selling the truck to pay it off. What I know that is left to complete is : Electric Fans need to be installed. A/C need to be plumed to the condenser. ( the hose’s have been made ) Pluming for the Turbo ( air filter to turbo, turbo to intercooler, intercooler to intake ) Transmission cooler lines Transmission control module needs to be installed and programmed. Throttle pedal and cruise control servo needs installed. Partial List of what I have : 2003 F-250 Crew Cab 4x2 $4000. Cummins 5.9 Commonrail Complete engine $5500. Conversion kit : $3500.
