My neighbor just bought a 2003 F-350 super duty and it was missing the tailgate and spare. The wheels should be the 8-170mm. Not picky about the looks for the most part since it will be used as the spare. A tire mounted would be a plus but not needed. The tailgate just needsto be there. Color and dents are not important.
