:doah: 1987 F 250 6.9 Diesel 5 speed Z trans: That just came out of storage after 5 years of not running. Before that I was driving it daily. Merry Christams to all. My wish list is to fix a vibration when at 40 - 50 miles an hour. It occours under power or when coasting. I thought it was universals and spent $300.00 + in parts and machine shop fees only to have it just as bad and getting worse each day. Some one who is a shadetree tells me I should check the Front Wheel bearings. I had the whole front end rebuilt just 5 years ago and only have 3000 miles or less on it. I really am at lose for ideas. This truck means so much to me that I just have to fix it myself and that is my problem being in a wheelchair. Working on it has to be limited to short work periods. I need to make very good use of funds and time. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Please help me imp: my ride. TAO
