I either need two new front wheels or try to remove the clearcoat and sand and polish these. I was helping stranded motorists along I49 during the hurricane and ran across an ambulance that was stuck pretty bad. I got them out and then buried my dually. There must have been gravel or rocks in the deep mud which ruined my front wheels. I refuse to be seen with these wheels and don't really want to pay what Ford wants for them. How hard is it to remove the clearcoat? Then, if there are any painters here, how good would reclearing be after I polished them? Thanks, Steven
