My biggest problem right now isn't fuel pressure but top speed limiter. Its not possible yet to move the top speed limiter on the 06, except hopefully with the smarty. I hit 108 about 3/4 the way donw the track. I think if we can loose the limiter we'll be close to the 11.9s or lower.

I used to race a 89 foxbody with a nice 347 in it. Got Her to 10.988 in the 1/4 before the the front of the crank snapped off and kill to many things. She's down for the count as I've had her is storage for almost 18 months now.

Street Racing And Hot Rod Mag

I plan on doing a little street racing with my truck even though im not getting a diesel and im doing a lift and big tires. If any of you get HOT ROD magazine like I do, you probably saw that article in the June 07 issue in the PUMP GAS DRAGS Article. They have a class called the QUICKEST DIESEL>>> Greg Hogue of Aledo, TX, has a 03' Dodge Ram 2500 ran a best E/T of 11.84 at 110. His power combination is a stock 5.9L Cummins with a Raymac Racing Engines cylinder head, a Bullitt cam, and a Nitrous Express Stage 2 system and not to mension the truck has 210,000 miles on it. The article says that his truck makes 860 HP and a crazy A$$ 1648 lb-ft of torque. CRAZY $HIT!!!! Any of you who think you can do better than that should check out HOT ROD mag and try and enter PUMP GAS DRAGS next year. All of the winners get into the magazine and some of them even get sponsored.
