Isn't it sad that we are looking for deals on Diesel at $4.00 a gallon? Was in not just a year ago or so that we were complaining about $3.00 a gallon? Just my observation. LT.
Oh so true..........We are like that Pavlovian Dog experiment. We get conditioned to these higher prices and then when they drop a few cents we think times are great again.
Topped-off the Cummins at $4.29/gallon here in San Jose, California. Something weird going on here. If you look at Gassbuddy.com, in my area, all the Shell Stations have drastically lowered their diesel prices in unison. Only the Rotten Robbie stations and Arco's are matching them right now. I know that this price isn't a bargain for you folks East of here across the USA, but it's a drastic drop here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I commute to SJ 3 days a week in my Dodge and I've yet to find fuel down there that is within .20-.30 cents of what it is up here. I'm probably looking in the wrong spots but it's hard to believe there's that big of a difference only +/-50 miles away.
Log onto gassbuddy.com, and you'll be able to find the lowest prices in San Jose. Just a week ago, I was getting diesel at $4.29/gallon.
