I have a 06' 250SD and wanted to tune it . I am putting in an intake and exaustbut wondered about the tuner. People tell me that the 6.0 will not hold any more power and the head bolts will break.Anybody break head bolts or gaskets due to a tuner. I know the dealer will not cover a braek down with a tuner install.I'm truely after the mileage not the power . So do or don't? Is it swaping head bolts and would the dealer tell the diff. in the bolts, are they marked? Or just stick to the air and exaust? Are there any other mileage mods I can make? Welcome the input.
