Will be a GM Duramax. Waiting till around the 2010 or later model year though. Have a 06 Silverado 2500HD gas 4X4 now and plan to keep it a while.

I would buy another dodge but as a manual, otherwise it would be a gm, and if it was gas it would definitely be a gm. The problem with my cummins is it came in a dodge.

I believe the dodge is the best platform with a fully boxed frame and an engine that has proven to be tough as nails and the cummins loves the daily abuse from doing whatever their made to do. burnout

N o question-DODGE. A great engine the new 6 speed auto should be all that is needed. Plus, room under the hood.

I belive Dodge will continue to be No#1 with the engineering they are using. Dodge has few problems and is answering the needs of the towing needs and comfort.

the 24,500 lb tow capacity is for the F-450 and F-550, and they are rated at someting like 325hp and 600lb, less than the 350/650.
