Life Sucks Lately

I want my daughter back really bad I just miss having my kids home. I'll keep everyone updated as I find out more thanks for all the support.

 

Going to court in the morning My lawyer says she will have to give me her address and that I will get visitation of my daughterrotfl he also said that I may have full costody soon that would be the best. I really miss my daughter and I just want my kids at home both of them. So some good news I hope we will see by the end of day tomarrow.

Update.

So far I don't get visitation with my daughter and have to pay $717 per month but she lost visitation with my son and has to pay all of her credit cards now. Got another court date in 10 days to appeal the child support since she makes more than I do right now, and getting rid of her new games. The only thing that I really wanted I did not get, the money makes it tight for me and my son but I really just want my daughter right now -- This judge sucks he would not even let my lawyer talk and took her word for what I make (she doubled it) but my lawyer is refileing my pay stubs to reduce the support and putting in the parental alienation in a declaration since the judge will not let him talk.

 

$717 is highway robbery! Especially since the two of you have split the kids full time. You have one and she has one. Good luck!

Update!!!!!!!!!!

Hiway robbery it is but my daughter emailed me and said she was told to lie to the cop by her mom and aunt in an email so that her mother could get child support so I sent it to my lawyer, he filed a motion to get my daughter back with parental alienation and sent it to her lawyer and I get another email from my daughter tonight that says she is scared of her mother and aunt since they found out she sent me an email they are screaming at her, my next court date is next Friday and per court order I am not allowed to call or contact her until (Friday?), question is what do I do?

 

You have to appear as much as possible the responsible parent...Best way to do that is to follow the court's orders...It's a tough thing to do but it's your best bet...Ben

 

I'm following the court orders but it is hard to do. I go back to court on Monday, after she got my motion for my daughter she had her lawyer put in for custody of my son as well she is really playing the games now I think that her sisters are helping her come up with new things as well but have no proof. What is it with women and their head games anyway just leave the kids out of it and let the kids see both of the parents its just bullsh**.

Going to court on Monday 2/9/09 again to find out what games she has to play now, this is getting real old quick and it just pisses me off how she uses the kids as pawns to play her games not sure if she cares about them or not I just can't understand how a parent could use their kids like that.

 

Sounds like she is trying to get you goat and that it is working. I am sure that she does care about the kids but, if she can use them a leverage against you she is going to try that too. She may just be trying to see how much money she can squeeze out of you. I don't know. Keep your chin up, the day is darkest just before the dawn.
