hey guys I've got a 2004 nissan armada 2wd that I'm planning on using to tow the jeep around. it's got the tow package and I'm planning on getting a brake controller installed BEFORE I tow with it. but before I spend the money on it, just wanted to know what you all thought about me using this thing to tow my toy... it's towing capacity by the owners manual is 9100lbs

    thoughts?

How much does the trailer and jeep weigh? If it is under the rated 9100 pounds you should be fine.

yeah, it's under the max weight, I just was curious if anyone else had towed with an armada or if anyone knew anything about towing with them

Check with Nissan or your owners manual on how to break in you rear end if I recall right you have to drive it around at 55 mph for 500 miles, that would suck on 70 mph interstates. You might want to upgrade the shocks as well and get something in there a bit stiffer I myself wouldnt do it but I dont like any half ton for towing.
