Rumor, Ford and Nissan?

I heard over the new years holiday that ford and nissan were talking about a merger...Anyone heard the same? Its really too bad if it is true....

 

Have not heard that, but did hear rumor of the diesel Titan using a Ford/Navistar motor.

 

I think it was like the Chevy Ford merger a pipe dream

 

I read that Ford requested a meeting with them to gain insight into their emissions technology. There was speculation of a merger, but Toyota execs stated that it was not discussed.

i dont know....if you look closey to the fords and GMs, theres ALOT of similarities....so i wouldnt rule out the ford and gm merger....cuz it very well could happen for the reason of keeping american made vehicles on top....i dont know about yal but i dont want to see toyota #1....

 

I dont think its a rumor IH is the worlds largest commercial diesel manufacturer, so in other parts of the world IH motors are probably already in these manufactures trucks. People not anyone in particular are probably linking IH talks to ford because of their relationship
