    Just wondering how long it took you to install on yor PSD.

    The fisrt one on my 2001 took 4.5 hours. I did another one on my 2003 took me about 3.0 hours how about you?

    im planning on getting one of these very soon. any tips?

    im a seasoned mechanic on gas motors but never palyed w/ a diesel, or turbos for that matter.

    first couple took about 4 hours, then we tried doing one without removing the turbo. Now we can bust them out in about 1.5hr but had to build some custom tooling.

    mine took 5 hrs but is was a hot day and i may have spent some time in the shade and ther was beer to :rolleyes: i allso did the x over hose at the same time that was 15 mins with the stuff out of the way
