    Just pull the connector apart and push it back together nice and tight, it should be fine.

    Just so you know, CEL - Check Engine Light.......DTC - Diagnostic Trouble Code.

    Another problem with the intake temps sensors is that they can become dirty from carbon and some other gooey sludge that will affect their performance. But, either way, since you have warranty, it should be DC's problem.;)

    Shouldn't be a dirt or carbon problem since the truck is so new...

    If you have an e-brake, it can cause carboning of the IAT sensor, especially under prolonged idling. Been there and done that with my Jacobs e-brake. I'll use it for quicker warm-ups while hitching up the 5th wheel, but the downside is that there's some flow reversion from the exhaust to the intake during valve overlap.

    Agreed, but if the DTC is still present and the connection is fine, it would be something to consider.

    I also agree with Rusty.....I clean my MAT sensor at every oil change because of my Pacbrake.....it is amazing how dirty they can get from exhaust brake use.
